Long winded explanation of SITE UPGRADE issues

I'd been putting off upgrading the software that runs the site because I knew integreation with our forum software would break. I had no idea the extent to which it would :( But I could wait no longer to upgrade. My web host was complaining that this was very out of data and vulnerable to attack (which it was).

The plugin I used to show latest forum posts on the frontpage is not compatible with the new software so unfortunately that feature has been turned off. You'll have to click the "Forum" link at the top to get to the posts now.

Additionally, there have always technically been 2 sites here, one for the front page and "ANC People" and one for the Forum. I had plugins that were "bridging" them together but they're over three years old and unfortunately not compatiable so two accounts are needed for the forseeable future until I can find a fix.
